Responsibilities include:
Provide application support in Phaco technologies to our international customers
Perform test installations and demonstrations at customer side
Train our customers and our sales organizations in the application field of phaco technology
Working closely with other departments to identify the training and support needs, create and implement the tools
Attend shows and conventions as needed to demonstrate our products in Surgical Ophthalmology
Maintain communication with product manager for product feedback, application trends, new technologies and competitive updates
Develop together with Marketing and product management effective sales tools
Support our sales organisations and sales partners in implementing their strategic market plans in Surgical Ophthalmology
Expected qualifications:
Preferable: undergraduate degree (with a focus e. g. in sales, marketing, or life sciences)
Previous application training or sales experience in the field of Ophthalmology, preferable in phaco technology
Good analytical skills and ability to manage and work cross-functionally
Willing to travel over weekends and on holidays internationally (60%)
Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment
You speak fluent English
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills
You have excellent skill encouraging and motivating people
