Responsibilities include:
Participate in and support key new product launch events and collect feedback
Develop survey/interview questionaire on product, service training, order fulfilment
Interview key regions and first customers after 1 month new product usage in 5 main countries (UK, France, Germany, Sweden, India, Australia)
Analyse the results and provide recommendation for future "augmented product" enhancements
